Developing trust so collaboration happens

Teamwork has never been as important or as much of a challenge as it is today. Rather than congregating in a collaborative space, today’s workplace often feels more like a battlefield.

A unique type of corporate trainer and coach, Colby Wilk cut his teeth finding ways to get people in the most extreme circumstances to work together:

  • Palestinians and Jews in Israel,

  • Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland,

  • at-risk-youth about to drop out of high school

  • and incarcerated felons in Seattle

If Colby can resolve conflict and coach positive behaviors in those kinds of situations, imagine what he can do with your organization.

“Colby excels as a coach because he has an uncanny knack of getting to the root of an issue almost immediately, and then coming up with concrete ways to tackle the issue. What is amazing, though, is that the tools he offers are not easily forgotten. Rather, they become ingrained to last.”
